This shows a cluster of malignant
cells with large nuclei of variable size and shape (pleomorphism). There are
some prominent nucleoli. The cells have a high cytoplasmic to nuclear volume
ratio. These appearances are typical of a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma
of the breast.
