This is a very extensive
case of peri-anal and peri-vulval warts or condylomata acuminata. This is
a viral condition. It is particularly common in HIV patients. It can progress
to anal squamous carcinoma. Despite its extensive nature, this patient was
treated by wide excision and primary closure. Less severe cases are often
managed by simple excision.
