There are bilateral clavicle fractures. The right lung field has no shadowing. The trachea seems to be deviated towards the right side. This patient has a right pneumothorax, probably caused by puncture of the lung by the clavicle. The patient fell from a height of approximately 20 feet to sustain these injuries.
