benign right ovarian cyst

This obese patient had lower abdominal pain.
On entering the peritoneal cavity, this lesion was found.
What is the diagnosis?

This is a large cystic lesion which proved to be a benign right ovarian cyst. In fact there was also a left ovarian cyst which was only slightly smaller. Bilateral oophorectomy was performed.
