There is a skin tumour in the inner canthus of the right eye. It is most likely to be an early basal cell carcinoma (rodent ulcer) but could be a squamous carcinoma. Treatment options would include surgical excision or radiotherapy. Both of these options present difficulties in view of the close proximity of the eye.
