This 35 year old Asian lady presented with a long standing lump in the left breast. However, she had noticed a recent and rapid increase in its size.
On inspection there was a very large mass in the upper half of the left breast with visible veins overlying it.
On palpation there was a firm, mobile, non tender mass with distinct borders occupying all quadrants of the breast. The axilla was normal.
